(also I still don't see a need for the extra repo but no time to follow the discussion) PRO (extra repo):
- Future contributors could have permission to merge on fdroid-sus but not fdroid-data
- Easier to reuse for others, easier discovery
- Keep different things seperated (hosting a repository does not necessarily imply need for custom scanner rules)
