_hc: Downloading apps from a flash-drive repo seems to be broken at the moment. Can reproduce on latest stable, so not a bug in my code. The IntentFilter in InstallManagerService doesn't seem to match the intent from the Downloader.
From the docs:
a content URI will never match because they always have a MIME type that is supplied by their content provider.
Won't investigate further now, but thought I'll let you know.
AFAIR, some 1.14 alphas have been tested with USB OTG. It isn't always so easy unfortunately, the Storage Access Framework makes it really hard to make a good UX | 10:21:11 |
