its quite easy to add and remove members from a gitlab project, when you're an admin. The blocker in fdroid has always been that the admins are overloaded (currently Ciaran and me). Did you compare the values in $ANDROID_HOME/licenses/* to whats in provision-android-sdk? It turns out to be my misconfiguration of the azure runner. I mount an empty /opt/android-sdk to the runner.
