@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | Tobiwan: Nope, that's a F-Droid bug that sometimes happens for random apps | 12:37:16 |
@freenode_Tobiwan:matrix.org | ok | 12:38:24 |
@freenode_Tobiwan:matrix.org | thanks for the fast answer :) | 12:38:29 |

Bubu: Remember when I was wondering how to find accounts that were registered with a device via adb? My demo implementation of enabling privextension as a device admin (via adb locally) then froze
all apps that are capable of providing any account and thus [didn't] require "contact" permission
I now know this is possible with adb shell dumpsys account ! Data in there looks very much like that returned by the AccountManager API
Oh, interesting. | 16:28:26 |

@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | Hi folks, is there a dashboard for current build status or something? | 19:55:47 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | or otherwise a list of infrastructure? | 19:56:18 |
@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | https://f-droid.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges&days=30&from=&hidebots=0&limit=500, but that'll be gone soon and there's some JSON API that I don't remember the URL of | 19:57:00 |
@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | Or is that not what you meant with 'current build status'? | 19:57:22 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | err yeah i wasnt really clear, like if I want to see how close an app update is to getting in | 19:57:54 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | oh wow a wiki heh, kind of a weird way to do that but sure why not | 19:58:47 |
@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | vancz: That's for the build status and at https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/commits/master/ you could see if an update has been picked up | 20:00:34 |
@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | Or at the specific app's file e.g. https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/blob/master/metadata/org.schabi.newpipe.yml | 20:01:27 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | hm, ok cool so its in https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/commit/d8fbd5063118bc8fa469d4a868304661b4cd14cf | 20:02:23 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | but i tried searching the wiki for binaryeye and no results? | 20:02:35 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | there should be a previous build? | 20:02:45 |
@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | vancz: https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/de.markusfisch.android.binaryeye/lastbuild_70 says v1.32.1 (70) has been successfully built at 2020-07-06 | 20:04:51 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | ok so the search is just unreliable | 20:06:01 |
@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | Plus https://f-droid.org/en/packages/de.markusfisch.android.binaryeye/ says it's indeed available on F-Droid | 20:06:13 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | is there a visible build queue to see how far down it is to getting the update built? | 20:09:10 |
@freenode_vancz:matrix.org | yeah i know its available though, thats how I know about it :) | 20:09:35 |

@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | Bubu: FWIW NewPipe v0.19.6 (the first one where we use reproducible build stuff on F-Droid) is now successfully built and downloadable on F-Droid. Hopefully v0.19.8 will be available soon as well. | 08:33:01 |
Bubu | wb9688: 👍️ | 08:34:38 |
cdesai | should https://f-droid.org/F-Droid.apk be bumped to 1.9? | 08:47:57 |

Hopefully v0.19.8 will be available soon as well. It's already built. F-Droid works very good.. when it works. | 11:49:08 |
@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | Oh, nice, hopefully the signature matches and it gets deployed successfully | 11:50:33 |

@freenode_wb9688:matrix.org | What is done between build and deploy? (Read: why does deploy take so long after build is finished?) | 08:12:10 |
