Mathijs, i was reading https://coshacks.blogspot.com/2021/05/matrix-tips-they-dont-tell-you.html the section where it says "Getting rid of freenode bridge" and I realized that based on the description there, it seemed that you only needed to be a Mod, not an Admin, to place a tombstone in a room, effectively taking over that room. Now since freenode has taken over channels, doesn't that mean that they could become ops (which reflect into Mods on right, you can't send tombstones through the bridge, though | 19:09:24 |
