I did see your link, and not sure what your issue is. That's the text shown in the Updates tab, so users can choose to "update all" or expand the listing and "update one/two/etc" Key word: choose. The wording currently pushes a user to update all apps. It should be a simple statement that updates are available.
Also, this string is truncated. It only displays the first line in a toast:
