@fynngodau:disroot.org@fynngodau:disroot.org On the F-Droid website, I saw the NoSourceSince attribute displayed three times for Amaze. On the client, it is displayed twice. I think this is confusing, and it should only be shown once. 11:15:08

@eighthave:matrix.org_hc Bubu: jochensp cdesai grote jochensp uniq probably pretty quiet today, but its meeting day 12:09:40
@eighthave:matrix.org_hcI wanted to bring up the topic of the opencollective money12:09:51
@eighthave:matrix.org_hcwe've had it for a while now, it seems we should spend some of it12:10:10
@eighthave:matrix.org_hcI think licaon-kter needs money, and has been doing a lot on fdroiddata. maybe we could work out some kind of payment scheme for fdroiddata work12:10:56
@freenode_jochensp:matrix.orgjochensp I'm fine with supporting F-Droid contributors with money but I would not agree with a direct payment scheme (cf. Debians experience with such sings) 12:23:37
@eighthave:matrix.org_hchow so?12:24:46
@eighthave:matrix.org_hcwhat do you propose instead?12:24:58
@freenode_jochensp:matrix.orgjochensp_hc: referring to the Debian dunk tank story12:37:36
@freenode_jochensp:matrix.orgjochenspnot sure about a better way, the ELTS and Freexian schemes seem to work12:41:16
@freenode_cdesai:matrix.orgcdesai I wasn't aware about any of that, however after looking it up, wouldn't a Freexian scheme be complicated to implement? 12:44:48
@freenode_cdesai:matrix.orgcdesai I think there's a difference between specifically collecting money for somebody vs paying out already collected generic f-droid donations 12:45:19
@freenode_jochensp:matrix.orgjochenspdepends on the purpose the money was given for, I think12:46:32
@freenode_jochensp:matrix.orgjochensp(will drop from the discussion for now because of $dayjob)12:46:55
@freenode_cdesai:matrix.orgcdesaihttps://opencollective.com/f-droid#section-about that is already mentioned here12:47:43
@eighthave:matrix.org_hchow about we move this discussion to be more async on the forum?12:52:00
