- looks like we got a new grant, but lots is still up the air. More info as it comes
- once the NDK merge requests are merged, then app builds should specific the NDK version they want, all versions from r10e to the latest (currently r22b) are supported. And the
ndkVersion scheme will also be supported (e.g. r21e or 21.4.7075565)
